Follow the below steps to rectify the Epson Printer Offline problem:

Write "Services.msc" in the Run box and hit the "OK" tab.
Service window opening will follow. From there, select "Print Spooler" and check to see if its state is "Running." If the status is "Stopped," use the "Start" option from the context menu to restart the service by right-clicking on the "Print Spooler" option.
Close this window, then verify whether or not the procedures you took brought your Epson printer back online.
